Dan Maxwell uses a tennis ball to improve hand dexterity during a class at the Waterford at Fairway Village Tuesday. Maxwell, who has Parkinson’s disease, advocated for exercise classes for people with movement disorders a year and a half ago. He’s used the classes to help him recover from a May car crash that killed his wife and left him seriously injured.
