Nora Shinya, 18, of Forest Grove, Ore., kills some time and nervous energy while waiting to be interviewed at the Thursday job fair. Event host New Seasons Market supplied snacks, games and entertainment to waiting job seekers. Shinya, a recent high school graduate, is looking for her first job.
