Clark County District Court Judge Darvin Zimmerman, who presides over the county’s DUI victim impact panel class, shared stories April 16 about people who were injured or killed in motor vehicles accidents caused by intoxicated driving. The punishment for driving drunk and causing a death has increased under a new law signed by the governor last month.
