A fire engine shields the scene of a two-car accident Saturday at the intersection of Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard and 164th Avenue in Vancouver. The behavior of several drivers caught up in the ensuing traffic jam prompted a reminder from fire officials to heed traffic cones set up to protect victims and rescuers alike.
