The Port of Camas-Washougal Executive Director David Ripp, center, speaks during the official groundbreaking for the Steigerwald Commerce Center on Thursday. The first phase, which will make 30 to 40 acres of heavy industrial property available, is made possible by a $1.5 million Washington State grant.
