Marine Maj. Billy Canedo, left, takes part in a wreath ceremony Thursday with help from Jerry Keesee, right, commander of Southwest Washington's Richard L. Quatier Chapter of the Korean War Veterans Association, and Don Cohen, president of the Oregon Trail Chapter. The event on Vancouver's Veterans Affairs campus was part of the Defense Department's commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Korean War.
