"I will keep my head up high and move forward," said Don Sidhu, who spent millions getting into Washington's new free-market liquor system. Sidhu, who purchased four former state liquor stores to operate privately, said his small business could not compete with pricing in Oregon and at big-volume chains, such as Costco.
