David Alt, vice president of F.I.S.H. of Orchards, said the organization has outgrown its 2,000-square-foot building, which it acquired in 1993. Although F.I.S.H. is struggling to pay the utility bill for the building, Alt dreams of someday moving to a space that's four times bigger, with plenty of storage, a large freezer and a lobby where clients can keep dry while they wait.
