Clark County Commissioner Marc Boldt says once he leaves office at the end of the year, he won't stop volunteering in the community. Boldt has long been involved in the Clark County Fair. Here he checks the temperature of a beef bottom round roast inside the Young Life booth at the 2011 fair.
