Government Printing Office employees ready copies of President Barack Obama’s fiscal 2013 federal budget books in February in Washington. The Congressional Budget Office on Wednesday released a report warning Congress if it doesn't act to prevent the so-called "fiscal cliff," the country could be plunged back into a recession in 2013 and 2 million jobs could be lost.
