Vancouver police and Washington State Patrol officers arrest Pamela McCarty, left, a home care provider from Centralia, Tuesday for suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing after she and other protesters refused to leave the state Office of Administrative Hearings in Vancouver. The demonstrators were protesting state cuts to their work hours.
