The Washington State Patrol identified Radulescu, 44, as the trooper killed near Port Orchard, Wash., early Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012. The agency says he was a 16-year veteran who served his entire career in the patrol's Bremerton district. He was shot after pulling over a pickup truck for a traffic stop near Gorst, about 20 miles west of Seattle.
