Vancouver development company Holland Partner Group broke ground in December on its newest Seattle project, the $25 million 717 Dexter apartment complex. Located near a public trolley line in the upscale South Lake Union neighborhood, the development illustrates Clyde Holland’s focus on multifamily projects that provide urban infill along mass transit lines.
