Motorists on Monday make their way through a rearranged intersection at St. Johns Boulevard and state Highway 500, where construction has temporarily eliminated all turns from the highway to St. Johns. Crews are transforming the intersection into a freeway-style interchange, which will send St. Johns up and over the highway on a new bridge. The $48 million project is expected to be finished in 2013.
