Miguel Angel Gonzalez-Munoz, 32, of Beaverton, Ore., is charged with first-degree murder of Jose Luis Chavira-Cruz, 37. Gonzalez is accused of fatally stabbing the Vancouver man in April and then dumping the body in a remote area near Mount Hood.
