Burgerville CEO and President Jeff Harvey holds a Half Pound Colossal Cheeseburger with bacon at the company's Salmon Creek restaurant. Vancouver-based Burgerville plans to open up to two new restaurants per year, its CEO announced Monday as the company opened its new Tigard, Ore., store.
