Santa is always a big draw at the annual holiday party in Northeast Hazel Dell. This year, organizers are trying to get way out in front of their donation and fundraising goals by holding a Christmas in July toy drive for the December 2012 event. Here, Lily Barbosa and her children, Nicholas, 3, and Aliyana, 8, get a dose of holiday cheer at the 2010 party.
