Personal trainer Kim Puyleart, bottom, leads her class of mothers through squats at Hockinson Meadows Park in Hockinson on Tuesday. The group of about five mothers meets at the park Tuesday and Thursday mornings for an hourlong class that incorporates the children into the workout.
