Portland Police investigate a crash of three vehicles on Northeast Lombard Street near the 42nd Avenue overpass. A westbound Nissan pickup, driven by Jesse Dean Rankin, 29, of Camas, crossed the center line and hit a Toyota sedan driven by Carrie Ann Hill, 36, of Vancouver, and a Nissan sedan whose driver was not identified. All three drivers were taken to hospitals, where Hill died.
