Bottled raw goat milk cools in an ice chest after the evening milking at Dobler Hill Dairy in Woodland on Wednesday. After the milk is cooled to below 40 degrees, it's moved to refrigerators where it's stored until it's transported to local produce stands or sold to customers at the farm.
