A bank surveillance photo shows a man accused in the June 25 robbery of a West Coast Bank branch in Salmon Creek. The Clark County Sheriff's Office announced Friday that Juan Salas, 39, had turned himself in after community tips led officers to identify him as a suspect in the case.
