A Washington State Patrol trooper salutes in the rain as a procession of law enforcement vehicles pass by bearing the body of slain WSP trooper Tony Radulescu at the Mountain View Funeral Home on Feb. 24 in Lakewood, Wash. Radulescu was killed Thursday during a traffic stop in Gorst. A service for Radulescu begins at 1 p.m. Thursday.
