Russian citizens Olga and Andrey Dolbinin, of Vancouver have their information processed before casting their votes in the Russian presidential election on Sunday in the Vancouver Community Library’s Klickitat Room. Their children Maksim, 12, and Irina, 15, look on. Officials said that 119 people voted and ranged in age from 18 to 92.
