A new Japan Airlines Boeing 787 takes off Monday, March 26, from Paine Field in Everett. The plane was the first 787 delivered to JAL. The Vancouver-based Columbia River Economic Development Council — the nonprofit business recruiter and jobs promoter — will hold a workshop April 4 aimed at helping local companies diversify into the aerospace industry.
