GeGe Coleman, director of a school in the mountains of Peru, came to Orchards Elementary on Thursday to thank the Vancouver students for their generous donations to her school. Orchards’ students collected some $1,500 last year and are about to raise more money for the school in Peru. Top: These containers go up a couple of times per year in Orchards Elementary classrooms.
