Julie Feickert gives a tour of the Cultures for Health warehouse in east Vancouver on Thursday. Feickert and her husband sell do-it-yourself fermentation cultures for yogurt, kefir, kombucha, and more online. The company’s heirloom yogurt starters were featured Tuesday on National Public Radio, and the flood of interest crashed the firm’s website for a short time.
