Clark County Skills Center students (from left) Matt Wodaege, 18, and Emilio Silva, 17, gain construction skills and on-the-job experience while they help renovate a demonstration home in the Bagley Downs neighborhood as part of the “Affordable Street of Dreams” project. The renovation depends on volunteers and donated materials to keep the house price down for a low-income homebuyer.
