Dan Crates of Portland-based Sto Corp., explains the importance of sealing out moisture during construction to Clark County Skills Center volunteers. The renovation of a demonstration home is part of a planned “Affordable Street of Dreams” project. Sto Corp. donated a fluid-applied air barrier product to seal in wood joints and seams and improve energy efficiency.
