Joey Oliver, 8, of Olympia, left, gets some pointers from Pearson Air Museum volunteer Jay Jones, 12, during Open Cockpit Day on Saturday. The Cessna 170B the boys are in didn't fly, but event participants were able to sit in the captain's seat.
