Audrey Williams, 22, gets ready to make African-style soup with the the groceries she could afford on a SNAP (food stamps) budget. Williams is an AmeriCorps worker at the Clark County Food Bank, where many staffers this week are limiting themselves to the SNAP budget -- just over $4 per person a day.
