Local Red Cross volunteer Randy Anderson said volunteers from the Arkansas Baptist State Convention got up at 4 a.m. many mornings and cooked meals that he and fellow Red Cross volunteers would then deliver. Then, at the end of the day the Baptist volunteers washed the food containers holding those meals. "They were unsung heroes."
