Zachary Woodward, of Habitat Banc NW, is helping coordinate a handful of wetland projects in Southwest Washington, including two wetland banks. A relatively new concept in Clark County, wetland banks allow developers to buy one-time credits to make up for impacting natural areas elsewhere.
