Justin Hanson, left, a Prairie High School student with special needs, carries an armload of rolling pins from the life skills kitchen in one classroom to an adjacent classroom. The life skills program's three classrooms serve 32 students with special needs. Its kitchen is too small for one class and its entrance isn't accessible for all three classes.
