Rush-hour traffic in Vancouver makes its way on Interstate 5 near the I-5 Bridge on Thursday evening, with many drivers among the thousands who commute between Vancouver and Portland every day. Motorists should expect wet conditions today and beyond, with rain expected to fall for the next several days, according to the National Weather Service in Portland.
