Martha P. Padilla Hernandez, 19, and her son, Victor, are serenaded by Anne Vitort, a music therapist, at the teen and young parent resource fair Saturday. Clark County Public Health hosted the fair in response to a recent statewide survey that revealed most pregnant and parenting teens don't know how or where to access health or social service resources.
