Some 2,600 runners take off Sunday in downtown Vancouver for the 2012 Girlfriends Half Marathon that benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Kearney Breast Center at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center and The Children's Center in Vancouver.
