Postal Service truck driver Jim Dann, left, watches forklift operator Ricardo Ibarra load 23 pallets of Clark County ballots onto his truck at Signature Graphics in Northeast Portland on Monday. Dann took the ballots to the post office. They will arrive in voters' mailboxes beginning today.
