Hilary Beutler, 21, of Clackamas, Ore., dressed as the Weeping Angel from the British TV show, "Dr. Who," as part of the anime convention, Kumoricon 2012, which took place Saturday in downtown Vancouver. The convention runs through Monday and is expected to draw around 4,000 attendees.
