Mitchell Kangas, right, Jaren Koistinen, center, and Riley Munger, were sentenced on Oct. 4, 2011, for shooting cats in the Battle Ground area. A Clark County judge on Thursday allowed the teens to serve out the remainder of their sentences on electronic home confinement.
