Gary Stamm, a Franklin D. Roosevelt impersonator, delivers the same speech the then-president gave at Bonneville Dam’s dedication in 1937. On Saturday, federal executives, regional officials and Native American tribal leaders gathered to mark the 75th anniversary of that event.
