Rose Village residents Joel and Melissa Dodge say the St. Johns interchange project has had an adverse effect on their son Dylan, 6, who is autistic. Also pictured in their younger son, Lucas, 19 months. WSDOT paid to move the family to a rental house during construction but says it will not build a sound wall or purchase the house outright to mitigate problems caused by the construction of a freeway offramp only a few feet from the family's yard.
