Second Step Housing client Charlene Burrell, 39, prior to a haircut, color and style donated by Salon Magnolia in Camas. Burrell won a makeover from Second Step Housing. The makeover is intended to give winners an extra confidence boost and reward for their efforts to improve their lives in the nonprofit's self-sufficiency program.
