Even a fashionable purple scarf and new haircut isn't enough to quell one dog's case of jailhouse blues, center, as it howls from behind bars next to other pets waiting for their owners Monday at Franko's Dog and Cat Grooming. Franko's, 2704 E. Evergreen Blvd., celebrates its 30th anniversary this November. The family run business was started by Eileen Davis. Since then, her daughter Gina Patterson and granddaughter Rosanna Patterson have started working at the shop.
