On Jan. 17, former and present case managers for the Southwest Washington Agency on Aging and Disabilities, including Skyler Dorsey-Schlenker, left, and David Benedicktus, picketed outside the agency office in Hazel Dell. Benedicktus claims that agency mismanagement is putting clients at risk.
