Vancouver resident Denise Waitkus, 52, and plastic surgeon Allen Gabriel discuss Waitkus' health during a medical appointment Friday at PeaceHealth Medical Group Plastic Surgery in Vancouver. Waitkus and Gabriel are advocating for two state programs that provide free breast and cervical cancer screening and treatment for low-income residents.
