Fort Vancouver Regional Library staff Julie Erickson, left, and Sam Wallin stock the shelves of the century-old former jail and town hall in Yacolt as they convert it into a “library express” location. The building helped fill the void created by the demise of Clark County’s 71-year-old bookmobile.
