A unidentified woman wipes her face as she reacts during ceremonies on Sunday held to unveil plans for a permanent memorial on the site of The Station nightclub fire in West Warwick, R.I. The 2003 blaze, which broke out when pyrotechnics for the rock band Great White ignited flammable packing foam that had been installed inside the club as soundproofing, took the lives of 100 people.
