Heavy snow, especially toward the south suburbs made for slow traffic along Diffley Road in Eagan, Minn., on Friday. A major snowstorm that buried parts of the Midwest grazed Minnesota, where two to three inches of snow snarled the morning commute in the Twin Cities area.
