Clark County Sheriff's Deputy Tim Hockett, from left, Vancouver police Officer Taylor Smarr and Portland police Sgt. Peter Simpson stand outside the Clark County Public Service Center. The Vancouver Police Department, Clark County Sheriff's Office and Portland Police Bureau are all planning to use one central records management system, which will allow officers to easily access information from other agencies. The system is planned to go into effect in November 2014.
