Vancouver resident Jesse McChesney was first across the finish line at Tuesday's Hangover Run, finishing the 5-kilometer (3.1-mile) course in 15 minutes, 58 seconds. Tuesday marked the 40th year of the annual New Year's Day run hosted by the Clark County Running Club.
